School Payment with Credit Cards
A OBCR employee should enter this data, not the student. This process is for school store purchases made with a credit card at base, where the student receives their purchase immediately. If the student wants to make a purchase for something from the online school store they need to do that on their own, and the purchase will arrive to their designated location.
To process a credit card locally for school store purchases
1. Click the Payment with Credit Card Button
2. Select Give Back at the top
a. Select Make your Gift
b. Select the Donate Here button.
3. Select one-time
4. Select other, and enter the amount
5. Check add note/comment
a. In the drop down for the note enter “ School Store OBCR”
6. Follow the prompts to enter credit card data.
